Dr. Tracey Peter is the Vice-Provost (Academic Affairs) and a Professor of Sociology and Criminology at the University of Manitoba. Tracey has been involved in numerous large-scale national and international studies involving youth and other marginalized populations. Her general research and publication interests include: research methods/applied social statistics, mental health and wellbeing, equity and anti-oppression in education and work, and issues pertaining to 2SLGBTQIA+ populations. She was the principal investigator on the second climate survey on homophobia, biphobia, and transphobia in Canadian schools and was the co-investigator on the first climate survey
