For Youth

SARAVYC does research for and about youth, focusing on the ways that our society, communities, schools, family, and friends all contribute to our health in both positive and negative ways.

You can find some examples of what we’ve done in the Reports & Resources section, including community reports which are geared towards non-academic audiences, and media links including newspaper articles, blogs, and TV clips. See our “Links” section for support services and community organizations for youth.

If you’d like to be involved in giving feedback about how to do research with youth, the McCreary Centre Society has a “Next Steps” program. You can  alsoemail SARAVYC’s Research Coordinator, Jennifer Wolowic: jwolowic@mail.ubc.ca
